If you become aware of a problem with your Franchisee and you believe that they will not be able to begin or complete the Works, you must notify Magenta by completing a Claim Form and sending it to Magenta as soon as possible. If you do not notify Magenta of your claim within a reasonable time, Magenta may no longer be liable for the claim.
